H > Harajuku Lovers

Pop Diva Gwen Stefani created this quirky street clothing and accessories line for guys, girls and kids. It embraces the super-cute Japanese ‘Kwaii’ style, straight from the streets of Harajuku. The clothes are fresh, energetic and fun.
Heavily influenced by the originality and quirky style of Japanese youth, Stefani has swiftly built her fashion empire. It began with L.A.M.B (her mainline label) in 2004, closely followed by the more mainstream Harajuku Lovers in 2005.
The beauty of Stefani’s brand is the synergy between her music and clothing concept. Collections often feature lyric motifs, and her four backing dancers named Love, Angel, Music and Baby (The ‘Harajuku Girls’) are commonly depicted on merchandise.
The clothes are comfortable and easy to wear, whilst retaining a seriously cute appeal – it’s not hard to imagine why this label has a cult following worldwide.
